Position Eligibility Criteria
Relationship Officer

Age: Up to 25 Years.

Qualification: Minimum Intermediate.

Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in similar position, fresh candidates can also apply.

Job Description:

  • Understanding and finding appropriate solutions to the financial needs of our clientele.
  • Selection of potential customers.
  • Assessment of the  customer’s ability to repay a loan.
  • Continuous monitoring of and managing loan repayments.
  • Field presence is required 80% of the working hours.
 Service Centre Supervisor

Age: Up to 30 Years.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in microfinance sector.

Job Description:

  • Responsible to ensure the service center vaults opened and close on timely basis according to the Bank policy.
  • Promotion loan products in the market within defines radius.
  • Achieve self-targets and assist Ros to achieve their monthly targets, maintain the quality portfolio through strong documentation, credit verification, income assessment and regular follow up for timely repayments.
  • Ensure the daily disposal of cash as per bank policy to its correspondent branch and report to operations accordingly.
  • Screening of clients, ensure the superior level and promotes the sale and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation & build bank's reputation in market.
  • Coordination and maintain professional relationship with line manager and upper management.
 Branch Manager

Age: Up to 35 Years.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.

Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in microfinance banks/institutions.

Job Description:

  • Ensure achievement of numbers and amount wise sales targets.
  • Ensure deposit mobilization and growth of deposit base in line with the assigned targets.
  • Interacts with existing / new customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements determined by the State Bank of Pakistan and SMFB.
  • Ensure that branch operations are strictly in line with SBP AML/KYC rules and regulations and Bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure smooth management of the branch operations.

Teller/ Cash Officer

Age: Up to 30 Years.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 1- 2 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for reporting cash transactions at branch level inclusive of cash deposit, withdrawal and recoveries from field staff and borrowers.
  • Ensure vigilance over cash collection to eliminate risk of forged/fake currency notes and safe keeping of cash and cash equivalents/valuables within the insurance limit.
  • Daily preparation of accounting documents for financial data base.
  • Ensure that all transactions are processed with zero error.
Operation Officer

Age: Up to 30 Years.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 1- 2 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:
  • Supervises and authorizes daily financial and non-financial transactions.
  • Supports the branch in terms of product process and service deliveries.
  • Ensure prompt response of customer queries and resolution of complaints in a reasonable time.
  • Assume overall responsibilities of the operations functions of the branch inclusive of account opening, transactions and remittances.
  • Supervision of all transactions that carried out i.e. cash, clearing and transfer.
  • Any other assignment, assigned by the Manager from time to time. 

 

Place of Appointment: All appointments are to be made at multiple locations in different districts of Sindh.
