Training & Gender Diversity

Gender Diversity training sessions were conducted Physical and Zoom by Ms. Sanam Parveen Shaikh, Human Resources In charge and Focal Person at Sindh Microfinance Bank. Ms. Shaikh conducted 5 different sessions from December 15, 2022 to December 30, 2022 and almost 130 staff from Sindh were trained in 2 regions i.e. North Region consists of 11 branches divided in areas of Sukkur, Qamber & Sakrand and South Region consists of 8 branches divided in areas of Mithi , Sujawal & Karachi. Overall staff belongs to total 19 branches, 72 service centers and Head Office. The training session was also attended by CEO & President, Mr. Shoaib Arif, who spoke about his ideas and said that these sessions will help to educate staff members on Gender Sensitization.
