‘Sunwai’ is a dedicated customer complaint service portal developed to provide ease to general public in lodging complaints against Banks/MFBs/DFIs with the relevant forum/entities as per applicable laws and regulations. ‘Sunwai’ provides customers with a platform to register and track complaints seamlessly.
