His distinguished career includes pivotal roles as Chief Operating Officer at ASA Pakistan Limited and Chief Executive Officer at ASA Kabul-Afghanistan. Prior to his current role, he served with distinction as Chief Operating Officer at Network Microfinance Bank for five years. Mr. Arif holds a Post Graduate degree in Economics.

Amir Waheed Ahmed is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Certified Director with over 30 years of senior leadership experience across the energy, petrochemicals, engineering, and public sectors. He has served as Chief Financial Officer at leading national and multinational organizations, bringing deep expertise in financial strategy, corporate governance, and risk management. Currently working as a Chief Financial Officer(CFO) at Sindh Microfinance Bank and he is the ex-Founder & CEO of ContexAi, and Ai-driven financial consulting, where he advises on financial restructuring, infrastructure finance, and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). Known for his strategic insight and strong governance focus, Amir has a proven track record of driving organizational performance and supporting sustainable growth.
Syed Muhammad Azhar

Syed Muhammad Azhar is a Certified Corporate Director with over 30 years of extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, specializing in Information Technology, Information Security, and Digital Transformation. He has successfully led large-scale IT operations, implemented core banking systems, and established robust IT governance and security frameworks in compliance with regulatory standards with proven expertise in project management, enterprise risk management, and infrastructure modernization, he has played a key role in centralizing banking platforms, deploying advanced technologies, and strengthening cybersecurity environments. Azhar has held senior leadership positions including Chief Information Officer and Head of IT Security Risk Management, contributing strategically at board and executive committee levels. He is recognized for driving operational efficiency, building high-performing teams, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals to enhance organizational performance and profitability.

Mr. Muhammad Fahad Saif Khan is a highly experienced banking professional with over 18 years of expertise in Islamic and commercial banking, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance. He has successfully spearheaded banking operations, branch management, and strategic initiatives at prominent financial institutions. He has also completed leadership training from the Frankfurt School in Germany. Mr. Khan holds an M.Phil. in Islamic Banking & Finance and an MBA in Marketing.

Holding a Master of Science in Computer Technology, Mr. Ahmed specializes in data center operations, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
Abid Saghir Farooqui

Mr. Abid Saghir Farooqui has a wealth of experience, accumulated over 21 years, across Finance, Audit, Credit Administration, and other allied areas within reputable financial institutions, encompassing both commercial and microfinance sectors. Mr. Saghir holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a CA (Intermediate).

Mr. Shamsuddin Khan possesses over 40 years’ experience of working in financial sector including commercial banks,
Development Financial Institutions and Asset Management Companies.
Mr. Khan is a certified Corporate Director and has served as nominee Director on a number of listed companies across Pakistan.
His areas of experience range over Regulatory Compliance, Risk management, Corporate Governance & practice besides handling Legal & Corporate affairs of various institutions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Masters degree in Law and is the Fellow of Institute of Bankers Pakistan.
MUFTI MUHAMMAD ABAD IRSHAD

Mufti Muhammad Abad Irshad is a Certified Shariah Advisor and Auditor with over 10 years of experience in Islamic banking and Shariah compliance. He currently serves as Resident Shariah Board Member at NRSP Microfinance Bank, ensuring adherence to Shariah principles across products, transactions, and operations. He has worked with leading banks in Pakistan, specializing in Shariah audits, product development, and compliance of Islamic financing modes such as Murabahah, Musharakah, and Ijarah. He also brings strong expertise in issuing Shariah rulings, with extensive experience in Islamic finance, trade, and commercial matters.
