His distinguished career includes pivotal roles as Chief Operating Officer at ASA Pakistan Limited and Chief Executive Officer at ASA Kabul-Afghanistan. Prior to his current role, he served with distinction as Chief Operating Officer at Network Microfinance Bank for five years. Mr. Arif holds a Post Graduate degree in Economics.

He has held significant leadership positions at leading microfinance and commercial banks in Pakistan, specializing in product development, portfolio management, and strategic business growth. Holding an MBA in Marketing & HR, Mr. Soomro has a proven track record of driving financial inclusion, expanding branch networks, and enhancing operational efficiency within the banking sector.

Mr. Muhammad Fahad Saif Khan is a highly experienced banking professional with over 18 years of expertise in Islamic and commercial banking, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance. He has successfully spearheaded banking operations, branch management, and strategic initiatives at prominent financial institutions. He has also completed leadership training from the Frankfurt School in Germany. Mr. Khan holds an M.Phil. in Islamic Banking & Finance and an MBA in Marketing.

Mr. Nasir Hussain brings 18 years of rich professional experience from both the banking and non-banking financial sectors. He possesses extensive knowledge and specialized expertise in KYC/CDD (Know Your Customer/Customer Due Diligence), AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism), regulatory compliance, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, and policy framework development. Mr. Hussain holds a Master’s degree in Economics.
